Ireland Brown Constructions have been confirmed as preferred tenderer for the Providence Aged Care Extension in Bacchus Marsh.

The $13M project involves the construction of a new 60 bed facility along with the refurbishment of 40 beds in the existing facility.

The project is to be delivered in two stages with the completion of the new 60 bed facility to be completed prior to the refurbishment works.

Taranto Windows + Doors are pleased to be working on this project for IBC who are also teaming with Villa Maria Catholic Homes and  VIA Architects on this project.

IBC have successfully completed demolition of stage 1 of the Providence Aged Care Facility. The works involved demolishing part of the existing structure while maintaining the live environment.
