Description: 

The project was procured via an Early Contractor Engagement (ECI) and Design and Construct (D&C) methodology.

The scope of works included the demolition of sections of the existing middle school building and providing new student areas; classrooms, kitchen, function rooms, locker hubs, reception, learning environments as well as roof and external works.

We were pleased to team up with our good friends Coffey and Cox Architecture and Luther College on this fantastic project.
