2 Panel Single Glazed
Sashless Windows
This windows bottom panel of glass is counterbalanced off the top panel. So when you lift the bottom panel up the top comes down, giving excellent ventilation benefits. It can be locked closed or at 100mm open to allow for ventilation all the time.

This window is suitable for use in: Houses, schools, commercial and industrial applications and can be easily retro fitted to a number of different types of frames.

Configurations
3 Panel Single Glazed
The 3 panel sashless window has the same mechanism as the 2 panel sashless window with the addition of a fixed panel at the bottom, this product is best suited to multi story applications. The fixed panel height can vary to reduce the risk of falling. The window can also have restrictors fitted to satisfy state regulations for windows in bedrooms.

Double Hung Double Glazed Sashless Windows
The double glazed range of products offered a cost effective, energy efficient alternate while maintaining the slim line features of the sashless range. This range is available in most of the configurations of the Austview sashless products.

The DGU thickness in all windows in this range is 18mm and is suitable for:

Action Sashless Windows
This award winning product has been successfully installed in a number of major projects, the biggest being the Olivier Newton John Wellness Centre at the Austin Hospital Heidelberg Melbourne.

This motorized window was fitted on this project and connected to a CBus electrical system that allows the windows to automatically open to suit air conditioning requirements.
​
Other applications for Action sashless windows are on windows over a desk area where access to the window is difficult, or in stairwell voids.
